36jljl's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account (net of any applicable bonus funds subject to forfeiture) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
